Eric and his wife, Karla are also real estate brokers. During some of the slow periods, Eric and Karla help clients renovate homes. Sometimes for the clients to live in, sometimes getting the property ready to sell. In either case, Eric and Karla make a nice team, transforming ugly dwellings into unique, colorful and functional homes.
